We have been in business 15+ years, pouring driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways for homeowners. Over that time we have learned that a good finish depends on what happens before the truck arrives: a compacted base, forms set true, reinforcement placed where it belongs and control joints laid out so the slab cracks along a line we chose, not across the middle.
Our company is licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB). When a project needs a city permit, such as a new driveway approach, we pull it and schedule the inspection so the paperwork does not land on your kitchen table.
Most of our work happens a few feet from someone's front door, garden beds and kids' bikes. So we plan the job around your household too: where the pump truck parks, how long the driveway will be out of use, when you can walk on new concrete and when you can drive on it. You hear those answers before work starts, not after.
How We Treat Your Home During a Pour
Protection goes down first
Before any demolition or forming, we lay plywood or mats over lawn and pavers along the haul route. Nearby stucco, doors and garage walls get covered against splatter. Sprinkler heads near the work area are flagged so they are not crushed or buried.
One clear plan, in writing
Before work starts, you have the scope on paper with each part priced on its own: tear-out, base prep, steel, finish and any permit. If the ground under an old slab turns up something we did not expect, we photograph it and walk you through it before any added work begins.
Updates you do not have to chase
We tell you ahead of time when the crew and truck will arrive. Afterward we let you know when the slab is ready for foot traffic and when it can take a car, because a fresh surface marked too early stays marked.
Work we stand behind
Our concrete work comes with a 1-year warranty. If something covered needs attention, reach us by phone and we will come out and look at it with you.
