What Happens When You Call

We start by listening. Tell us what you have in mind, whether that is a new driveway, a stamped patio or a pool deck, and we will ask a few questions about size, slope, access and the finish you like. If the project makes sense for us, we set a time to come out, measure and look at drainage, existing concrete and the plants or lawn near the work area.

After the visit, we walk you through the scope and the price by phone, line by line, so you know what moves the cost and what does not. We also explain how we will protect your landscaping, where the truck and pump will park, and how we keep you posted from forming day to final cleanup.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

1. A rough idea of the area, even paced-off measurements or a sketch.
2. Photos of the space, including any concrete that would need to come out first.
3. Notes on gates, side yard width or slopes that could affect how equipment reaches the back of your home.
4. Any HOA guidelines on color, finish or approvals that apply to your property.
